All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume times or new product drops, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated U.S. Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (after processing)
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days (after processing)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or other factors beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- First, check with neighbors or household members.
- Then, contact your local postal service for additional details.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll gladly review the situation and work with you to make it right.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
